Today I have an amazing 7 piece to show you from Leighton Denny. Their Autumn/Winter collection titled 'The Roaring 20's' is a celebration of defying the law, boozy nights & good music.

The mix of dark colours, electric hues, rich cremes & glitter effects are perfect for both the theme and the time of year and I know they'll be something here to suit everyone's taste. For an extra luxurious touch, all these lacquers have been infused with Platinum, an ingredient we don't usually see in nail polish.

Tinseltown is a glitter bomb of a polish topper, packed with chunky violet, holographic & iridescent glitters in a clear base. I applied a single coat over Prohibition and added topcoat.

Speak Easy is a super bright pillar box red. This crelly almost glows on your nails and although the nail line is still visible after 2 coats, I'm sure a third would cover it. I didn't need a topcoat for this, it's so shiny that there was no need.

Let Your Hair Down is burnt copper metallic and wow, isn't it amazing. I needed only 2 coats for full coverage, no topcoat.

Moonshine is a soft blush pink nude with a subtle shimmer. I needed 2 coats, plus topcoat for the swatch.

Crazy Times is a deep turquoise-jade green creme. As is usual with a colour like this, my camera threw a fit and just wouldn't capture it properly. It's a lot more green toned in real life and truly stunning. I needed 3 coats (the formula was a little tricky) and no topcoat, for this swatch.

Prohibition is a slate grey creme. This had a gorgeous formula and I only needed 2 thin coats for full coverage, no topcoat.

Rebellious Heart is a deep Bordeaux wine creme. I needed 2 coats for full coverage and added a topcoat as it dried a little dull. This colour is an exclusive to M&S.

Like the 20's themselves, this collection embodies the decadent glitz, glamour and endless romance of the era. If I was to pick a favourite, it would have to be Let Your Hair Down, although Tinseltown and Rebellious Heart are close seconds.

All of these colours are available online from the Leighton Denny website and M&S and in store at John Lewis, selected M&S, Fenwicks and salons & spas nationwide, priced at £12 each.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this collection, do you have a favourite?
