Thursday's roll around so quickly, I often find myself amazed that another week is nearly over. Although I don't really have much planned for this weekend, I am looking forward to a rest and lots of naps.
Today I have a review of some Roxanne Campbell nail polishes.
For those who don't know, Roxanne Campbell is an expert in the nail industry and has been a lead manicurist for many amazing brands, worked at countless international events including the 2012 Olympics, and she has also painted the nails of stars like Adele and Jordan Dunn. After 11 years in the industry, she has created her own luxury nail polish line with the colours inspired by fashion icons and seasonal trends.
I was sent 2 stunning classic shades to try. The packaging of these polishes is sleek and reminds me of something you'd get from a top fashion designer.
Wine and Dine
This is a raspberry wine creme and the formula of this polish is gorgeous. I applied 2 coats, however if your nails are shorter, they prob would only need 1 coat. I didn't need a topcoat, this polish is super shiny on it's own.
I am struggling to describe this colour, but it looks a little like a deep mahogany with a cherry tinge to me. Either way it's beautiful and although it's not usually a shade I wear, I think I may have to start braving vampy shades as I love how sophisticated my nails look with it on.
Like all modern brands RC nail polishes are cruelty free and 3 free, another bonus is they're also made right here in the UK. If you'd like to try any of the range including the two I've swatched, you can shop online, all RC polishes are priced at £10 each.
Which is your favourite shade? Do you like trying more expensive brands?
