PR Sample

Happy Friday, I hope you've had a great week and are looking forward to the weekend. I have been keeping myself busy, my house is currently having a massive declutter, a much needed deep clean and I'm also moving most rooms around. I was inspired after cleaning out my dads place and so far, I'm very happy with the results.

Today I have a review of Princess Nail Lacquer's Brithstone Collection. This collection was released on Wednesday and let me tell you, it's amazing. Ashleigh gets the combos of glitter, flakie and shimmer spot on and I am always so excited by her new releases.

The Birthstone Collection features 4 precious stone inspired polishes and I'm sincerely hoping that at some point, the other 8 are created.

Garnet
Garnet is the birthstone for January and this polish contains pink to gold shifting flakies and glitters, as well as some scattered holo pigment, holo flakies and pink holo glitter, all in a clear base. It took me 3 thin coats for full coverage.

Peridot
Peridot is the birthstone for August and this polish is my fave. This contains lime to blue to gold flakies and glitter, scattered holo glitter and flakies and two types of green holo glitter in a clear base. I only needed 2 coats for this, although they were quite thick.

Emerald
Emerald is the birthstone for May and is the one that most of my friends have gravitated towards when I've shown them this collection. It contains green to purple flakies and glitter, scattered holo glitter and flakies and dark green holo glitter in a clear base. This once was a 2/3 coater.

Sapphire
Sapphire is the birthstone for September and this polish is lovely. It contains blue to purple flakies, blue to gold glitter, scattered holo glitter and flakies and gold holo glitter in a clear base. I needed 2/3 coats for this.

I honestly feel so lucky to have been sent these to swatch. They're so beautiful and I know that lots of you will love these too, as there really is nothing like these on the high street. As I mentioned, you can buy this collection from the Princess Nail Lacquer website priced at £7 each or grab the set of 4 for £26.

Also don't forget to use my code POLISHLIST15 for 15% off - this discount is not affiliated in anyway, it's just a bonus Ashleigh was kind enough to give me to share with you all.

Let me know your fave, like I said I love Peridot but I love them all. I really hope some more birthstone polishes are released, especially mine which is Ruby and maybe Pearl and Citrine.

Have a lovely Friday night, mine is going to consist of plenty of hot chocolate, a hot bath and an early night with a book.

Vicky xx

    1. Yes you do need Sapphire, it's so pretty and I can imagine how beautifully you'd style it in some nail art. I hope your Flakies turn up somewhere, maybe Luna batted them under the sofa or something. My cats are always doing that if I leave bottles on the arms xxx
